The media personality, who had been inactive on social media, broke her silence on Wednesday through a series of Instagram stories, where she posted a sonogram and narrated her painful experience.
“Pardon my silence. This was the most happiest but became painful part of this month of love! Thank you to my supportive colleagues, my bosses, my family, and my friends. I’m strong, and will never give up,” she wrote.
While Lerato Kganyago did not disclose specific details about the ordeal, she mentioned that the miscarriage occurred on February 12th. She expressed her appreciation for those who reached out to check on her during this difficult time. Despite the heartache, Lerato remains hopeful and holds onto the dream of one day holding her own bundle of joy.
“On the 12th is when my incredible gynae broke the news. I’m much better than last week, my parents have been next to me and have carried me! Thank you to those that have been checking on me. I was so hopeful. I’m a phoenix. I will be back. Dear Feb’, You’ve hurt me,” she wrote in another post.
