“Old Flames Or New Beginnings?”| Jacob Zuma And LaConco’s Viral Pic Sparks Social Media Frenzy
A recent picture of former President Jacob Zuma and reality star Nonkanyiso Conco, who is popularly known as LaConco has caused a social media frenzy as some people question if the two had rekindled their love.
One of the pictures that delighted social media users showed LaConco leaning into President Zuma with a smile on her face.
ZAlebs reported that the two were in attendance at the same event on February 25th.
A video of former President Jacob Zuma and Real Housewives of Durban star, which went viral, showed them exiting the stage at what appeared to be an upscale event.
In the video, Zuma was casually dressed in a navy suit with a purple tie. Meanwhile, his baby mama looked elegant in a one-armed nude pink designer dress, accessorized with an exquisite necklace featuring dozens of grey and white pearls delicately resting on her chest.
The video captured the former couple strolling off the event’s stage, engaged in conversation and catching up. As they approached the steps to descend from the platform, LaConco took hold of President Zuma’s hand to prevent herself from tripping.
Once they reached the ground and the former leader’s bodyguards cleared the way for them, LaConco placed her hand on Zuma’s back and leaned in to say something to him amidst the noise in the tent.

According to Sunday Times, President Jacob Zuma and LaConco first met when she was 19 years old. Currently, Zuma is 80 years old while LaConco is 31 years old.
After meeting when she was 19, Zuma impregnated the reality TV star, and she gave birth on his birthday in April 2018, two months after his resignation as President.
Later that same year, Zuma paid lobola (a traditional dowry payment) for LaConco to become his seventh wife. However, the couple split sometime in 2019.
